Who we are
Founder Siân Hughes spent 20+ years with Kraft Foods during which time she led both the Insight Team and then joint working programmes with major retailers to drive real business benefits as Category Development Manager.
In 2006 Siân started working as a consultant and has worked across multiple companies, categories and countries mainly on business strategy development, category vision and consumer and shopper insight projects and interim roles.
Her experience makes her especially strong at linking great insight with great customer selling propositions and driving action out of information complexity.
